Nisa Lee is an entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in the event and wedding planning and catering industry.  She is a free spirited, "out of the box" thinker, budget conscious, original designs, and execution.  

Nisa's great success in wedding and event planning and catering is due largely to her creativity, vision, attention to each client's individual needs and execution for a unique and unforgettable events.  She works closely with her clients to customize, design, plan and seamlessly produce memorable events of various sizes, such as weddings, destination weddings, private, benefits and corporate events. Experienced in managing all aspects of wedding and event planning, she effectively communicates with all service providers including contracts, vendors, venues, and destination locations.

Nisa is also a self-taught chef and caterer that offers eclectic cuisine subtly highlights and captures the bold flavors of some of her favorite from around the world and exotic locales like Thailand, Morocco, Fiji, the Caribbean and other global regions for weddings and events - intimate dinners, cocktail parties, corporate occasions (branding and product launches) and benefits.  She carefully plans and customize each of her client's menu with nuances of fresh flavors and ingredients that appeal to a broad audience and make the cuisine unmistakably hers.  Her clients include Sir Paul McCartney, Halle Berry, Vanessa Williams, America Ferrera, Ana Ortiz, Hillary Clinton, Justin Bieber, and Chef Dan Barber owner of the renowned Blue Hill at Stone Barns to name a few.

Nisa has appeared in People, Brides Magazine, National Health Magazine, Westchester Magazine, The New York Times "Dining In" section, the cover of InTown Magazine three times and has been featured in InTown, BiZBash Event Style Reporter “Fresh Faces”, The Journal News, and The Westchester Wag.  

Born in Khonkaen, Thailand, Nisa immigrated to the United States with her family as a toddler.  A product of Yonkers, New York and a graduate of SUNY Stonybrook on Long Island, Nisa initially pursued a career in commercial banking in Boston and New York before switching to non-profit work, where she rose to Director of Special Events with the March of Dimes.

 

She now resides in Westchester with her children.  She is also a soul cycle enthusiast, a yogi, and an avid runner. Nisa has completed the New York City Marathon twice.
