Nisa is a self-taught culinary artist who started cooking at the age of seven. Nisa grew up making classic Thai cuisine with her family. But as she grew up, so did her palate. 

Living in New York opened her eyes and her taste buds to the wonders of the worlds’ many fascinating cuisines. Nisa's menus today are a reflection of her lifelong experiences.  Her infusion of global flavors and blend of multicultural ingredients results in an eclectic and unique repertoire.

Nisa knows that cuisine is a key element of any event and strives to combine her experience with the tastes and dietary needs of her clients to ensure that every event has it's own signature menu - one sure to please the pallets of everyone in attendance.
